In 2013, soul surfer Chris Del Moro journeyed to his ancestral homeland of Italy to explore his roots and family heritage. While there he of course explored the surf too, but not alone; he was joined by good friend Dave Rastovich.
The surf in Italy can be exceptional, however it generally isn’t as consistent as other parts of the world. In the following video, after unsuccessfully searching for waves for three weeks, they score some good swell right before Rasta heads back home.
