Rich German was stand up paddle boarding off the shore of Laguna Beach, California, when a pod of orcas became interested in him.
The family circled Rich and swam directly under him, but the SUP boarder stated he was ‘too excited to be scared’, and wants to share his experience to raise awareness for these misunderstood ‘incredible, magnificent creatures’.
