Back in the Spring of 2014, Foster Huntington and his close group of friends decided to embark on a project that most people would only dream of. It involved building a liveable multi-platform tree house, as well as a skate bowl and wood fired hot tub in Foster’s amazing backyard overlooking the beautiful Colombia River Gorge in Washington.
In 2011 Foster quit his job in New York, bought an old VW van and decided to live on the road. But after three years he decided he wanted a permanent base, so bought some land in Washington and came up with the insane idea of a treehouse for grown-ups. Although you might have seen some of the amazing images of Foster’s creation before, we’re sure you’ll be blown away by the following video which documents the building process.
You know what they say… it’s not about the destination, it’s about the journey. Well, this video proves exactly that.
