Imagine if where you lived had perfect waves, but you had nothing to surf them with?
Surf El Amal follows four French surfers on their journey to help solve this problem for the fast-growing Moroccan surf scene. Bound by a passion to surf and help those less privileged, the group – all members of the Surfeurs Solidaires association – embark on a road trip from France to Morocco, taking with them as much surf gear as they can fit into their campervan.
A real eye opener, the film demonstrates how much of an impact a few second-hand boards and wetsuits can make to a community. Check it out.
