Rope swinging, possibly one of the craziest ‘extreme’ sports there is and that we’ve come across. It involves a few nuts and bolts, a big rope, an bigger cliff, and an even bigger set of balls. Even the thought of throwing yourself off a cliff attached to just a rope will make your stomach drop and your heart skip a beat.
‘There is nothing in this world at the moment that gives us as much of a rush as the catch after the fall’. Says Australian rope swing pioneer, Mitchell Portman.
‘My flatmates and I have been involved in the sport for over six years now…We do it for ourselves because we love it’ Mitchell told Garage.
