Antoine Montant was speedskiing in Chamonix, France, when he created a monster avalanche. Antoine skied over some loose snow, which shifted and began pouring over the edge of a massive cliff, covering the surrounding mountains in a giant snow cloud. Antoine and his parachute resemble a mere speck in front of the monstrous avalanche cloud. Had the shifting snow caught his skis and grounded his chute, he would have been dragged over the cliff into the snowy abyss below.
