Garrett McNamara is no stranger to taking massive wipeouts, and the following video is no exception.
Miles off the Californian coast lies a secret wave the size of a four-story building, which only breaks a handful of days each year. Back in 2000 a team of big wave chargers, including McNamara, faced the wave in perfect conditions, becoming the first to ever surf it. Of the absolute carnage from that session, Gmac took home gold with this following wipeout.
